Uganda Premium vanilla 250g

Vanilla beans from Uganda are black, flat, have a thick, oily skin, and an average length of 16 cm. They contain an abundance of seeds. The aroma is earthy with pronounced notes of milk chocolate. The vanilla beans have a moisture content of about 38% and the highest vanillin content, up to 3.2%.
